    These heaters are used for many types of industrial and process heating applications.
    • Flanged Immersion Heaters
      Industry standard flange mounted immersion heaters are installed in a tank and used to heat liquids. They are commonly used for autoclaves, sterilizers and steam generating applications.
    • Flanged Open Air Heaters
      This style of heater is often used for radiant air heating. The flange mount is very convienient and allows easy changeover. These are made to order according to customer specifications.
    • Aluminum Contact Heaters
      These heating elements are used in contact with a warming plate. Often, they also incorporate a flow through design to heat water for water boiling applications.

  • Zig Zag
    The original Eichenauer patented zig zag design. These heaters are best used with blowing air applications and are sized to fit commmonly available cross-flow blowers.
    • Application Examples
      These are some of the many uses for zig zag heaters. For any application that involves heating air, the zigzag nichrome wire heater is ideal.
  • Tubular
    Flow-through heaters can boil water for coffee and espresso makers. They are often brazed to an aluminum, steel or stainless steel warming plate.
  • Custom
    These heaters are made to customer specifications using heating coils that are wound like springs. The coils are made from nichrome or similar heating alloys and often have special mounting systems. Thermostats and thermal fuses are often included.

    • Air Heaters
      Air heaters can be used for almost any air-moving application. These types are commonly used for convection or with fans & blowers. Many sizes are available to match industry standard components. This group includes the original patented Zig Zag style heater.
    • Contact Heaters
      Contact heaters are used in direct contact with the part to be heated. The possible uses include heaters that are inserted into a blind hole, mounted to a surface, clamped in place or even embedded in a casting. This group includes our versitile, self regulating PTC heater.
    • Immersion Heaters
      Immersion heaters are usually used to heat liquids in a tank. This is most effective method to heat a container of fluid. This group includes many OEM replacements for industry standard water boilers, steam generators, autoclaves and sterilizers. Flanged immersion heaters for boilers, steam generators, sterilizers, autoclaves, etc. In stock and ready for immediate shipment.       • Medium Square Flange Immersion Heaters
        4.5 inch square with 6 bolt holes for boilers, steam generators, sterilizers, autoclaves, etc. In stock and ready for immediate shipment. These are commonly used as replacements for Sussman, Electrosteam and many other boilers.
      • Large Square Flange Immersion Heaters
        5.75 inch square with 8 bolt holes for boilers, steam generators, sterilizers, autoclaves, etc. In stock and ready for immediate shipment. These are commonly used as replacements for Sussman, Electrosteam, Steris, Chromalox and many other boilers.
      • Round Flange Immersion Heaters
        6 inch round with 4 bolt holes for boilers, steam generators, sterilizers, autoclaves, etc. In stock and ready for immediate shipment. These are commonly used as replacements for Sussman, Electrosteam, Sterris, Chromalox and many other boilers.
