Job Description:
Eichenauer Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our Production team. Our production employees are critical to our success, ensuring high-quality products are manufactured efficiently and safely. This role offers opportunities for growth through our structured “P-Level” advancement program, which rewards performance in safety, quality, productivity, attendance, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble products according to company processes and quality standards.
- Maintain a safe and respectful work environment.
- Identify and report safety, quality, and productivity concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Performance Expectations
- Safety: Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Quality & Productivity: Meet or exceed production targets while minimizing scrap and rework.
- Attendance: Be punctual and reliable for scheduled shifts.
- Teamwork: Work cooperatively and maintain a positive attitude.
- Training: Progress to mentoring and training new team members as you advance.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and sit consistently during shifts.
